Dr. Hedda G. Dyer is the Founder and Principal of Equity Health Global Medical Consulting Inc.
With more than two decades of experience spanning surgery, medical education, healthcare leadership, public health, simulation-based learning, curriculum development, accreditation strategy, and healthcare consulting, Dr. Dyer has dedicated her career to improving healthcare quality and advancing health equity.
She works with healthcare organizations, universities, governments, and private-sector stakeholders to strengthen healthcare systems, develop innovative educational programs, support accreditation initiatives, and create sustainable healthcare solutions.
Dr. Dyer's leadership combines strategic vision with operational expertise, helping organizations navigate complex healthcare challenges while building capacity for long-term success.
Fluent in English and French, she has worked extensively throughout the Caribbean, North America, and Europe and remains passionate about preparing the next generation of culturally competent healthcare professionals.
